Ensuring a secure OnlineExpress Internet banking experience for you is Farmers Trust & Savings Bank's number one priority. That is why we have added an additional layer of security to our Login process called Secure Image ID.

HOW DOES SECURE IMAGE ID WORK?
Every time you Login to OnlineExpress Internet banking, Secure Image ID verifies your identity in two ways.

1. Farmers Trust & Savings Bank identifies you; and
2. You identify the Bank using a private image and passphrase. Knowing you are at the     Bank's legitimate Internet Banking website helps protect you from fraud, identity     theft, phishing and pharming scams.

Secure Image ID is very easy to use and there is no software to install.

HOW AND WHEN DO I ENROLL?

You will be invited to enroll for Secure Image ID on your first Login to OnlineExpress Internet banking. You will enroll only once, and from then on, the Login process is very simple.

WHERE CAN I LEARN MORE?
A new feature on our website, the Online Education Center, features video tutorials and answers to frequently asked questions about Secure Image ID as well as our other Internet Banking services.

The Online Education Center will be a handy reference when you begin using the new enhanced security procedures. PLEASE REFER TO IT. The Secure Image ID section will direct you on:

(A) How to enroll for and register your personal or home computer;and
(B) How to Login with Secure Image ID from a registered computer;or
(C) How to Login from another computer when using a public or non-registered computer.

REMEMBER...
Farmers Trust & Savings Bank will NEVER ask for your bank account, password, or other confidential information by e-mail.

Farmers Trust & Savings Bank will NEVER ask you to change your private information and we will never change it for you.

If you contact us by telephone, we likely WILL ask for positive ID word or other information to verify your identity before we provide information or perform transactions over the telephone.

If you come to the Bank in person, we may ask for photo identification to protect you.

Thank you for helping us safeguard your banking information!
